Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to customers to promote our products.
* Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and conversation.
* Explain the features and benefits of our products or services to customers.
* Maintain accurate records of calls.
* Handle incoming calls from customers, providing assistance and resolving issues in a professional manner.
* Responsible for regular office activities and Tele-calling as per the provided Database.
* Follow- up calls with emails if Required.
* Keeping a record of all the sales calls and notes of useful information and Make a Data for calls to customer.
Required skills and qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma.
* Good knowledge of Basic Word, Excel, computer programs like (CRM) Software and other telephone systems and knowledge in Internet Surfing & Social Media Platforms.
* Excellent knowledge of the English language.
*Previous experience in a tele caller job or similar role.
*Data entry skills to complement the tele calling work.
Experience: Technical support: 1 year, Tele sales: 1 year
Language: Hindi, English
Job Types: Full-time
Salary: 12,000.00 – 15,000.00 per month + incentive
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
